By login or viewing this site, you must agree that you are doing so out of your own free will, You must be above eighteen & twenty-one years of age respectively according to each country’s constitutions of majority age, that Blackheart Brotherhood will not be liable for any error spiritually caused by you, that Blackheart Brotherhood Kingdom will not be liable for any damage or loss caused by any wrong information given by you.

You will agree not to go to court or report to any Government agency, any information contained in your spiritual research, you will agree not to hold the Blackheart Brotherhood liable for any loss of life involving any sick person brought to the Blackheart Brotherhood for treatment/curing/services.

You will agree that all the contents of your research letters and all spiritual documents from Blackheart Brotherhood are not for litigation or prosecution of any kind other than your private personal documents and only for your private purposes. You shall not advertise or use Blackheart Brotherhood documents for any public affair other than for your private spiritual purposes.

Use of the Blackheart Brotherhood site and/or its service is governed by our Privacy Policy, which may change from time to time. The Blackheart Brotherhood is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users and/or Viewers or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Blackheart Brotherhood site and/or in connection with the Blackheart Brotherhood service.

Under no circumstances is the Blackheart Brotherhood responsible for any loss or damage resulting from anyone’s use of the site or the service and/or any content posted on the Blackheart Brotherhood site or transmitted to Blackheart Brotherhood users. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms of use and/or your relationship with Blackheart Brotherhood and/or your use of this site shall first notify the management of Blackheart Brotherhood in writing and the management of Blackheart Brotherhood shall reply same within 21 days.

You agree to indemnify and hold Blackheart Brotherhood, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the services in violation of this agreement and/or arising from a breach of these Terms of Use and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

Blackheart Brotherhood will do everything to avoid chargebacks from being received from its customers. We provide many means of dispute resolution, If you, as a Blackheart Brotherhood customer/client, have a question or problem with a charge from us, we will be happy to work with you to resolve it and avoid a chargeback. If you do issue a chargeback, Blackheart Brotherhood will use this document and the customer’s agreement at the time of order to dispute your chargeback with your bank and our processing company. Any dispute/chargeback attempts will immediately result in the suspension of the work and referral to an outside, third-party collection agency.

You must be eighteen or older to join this group or use this site. Membership in the service is real. By using and/or viewing this site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this agreement and that you are at least 18 years and 21-years old in other countries where 18 is not the age of majority.

The logos, and pictures displayed on the Site are registered and unregistered Logos of the Blackheart Brotherhood and others. Nothing contained on the Site should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppels, or otherwise, any license or right to use any material displayed on the Site without the written permission of the Blackheart Brotherhood or such third party that may own the Logos displayed on the Site. Your misuse of the Logos displayed on the Site, or any other content on the Site, except as provided in these Terms and Conditions, is strictly prohibited. You are also advised that Blackheart Brotherhood will aggressively enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law, including the seeking of criminal prosecution.

The Blackheart Brotherhood owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Blackheart Brotherhood site and the Blackheart Brotherhood services. The site contains the copyrighted material, logos, and other proprietary information of the Blackheart Brotherhood and its licensors. Except for that information which is in the public domain or for which you have been given permission, you may not copy, modify, publish, transmit, distribute, perform, display, or sell any such proprietary information, including, but not limited to, FAQs area, and service descriptions, emails and email responses, instructions, logos, copyrights, pictures, and all downloadable products.

You should assume that everything you see or read on the Site is copyrighted or logos and unless otherwise noted, may not be used except as provided in these Terms and Conditions without the written permission of Blackheart Brotherhood. Blackheart Brotherhood neither warrants nor represents that your use of materials displayed on the Site will not infringe the rights of third parties not owned by or affiliated with Blackheart Brotherhood.

Blackheart Brotherhood will protect its Intellectual Property to the fullest extent of the law and will aggressively prosecute all infringers of its Logos, pictures, and Copyrights.

In assessing the damages, a court may enter judgment for three times such profits or damages, whichever is greater, together with a reasonable attorney’s fees in the case of any violation If someone copies anything on the Blackheart Brotherhood site, the organization will prosecute him/her to the fullest extent of the law.

The copyright owner is entitled to recover the actual damages suffered by him or her as a result of the infringement, and any profits of the infringer that are attributable to the infringement and are not taken into account in computing the actual damages. In establishing the infringer’s profits, the copyright, anyone who copies anything from the Blackheart Brotherhood site without the written permission of Blackheart Brotherhood, the person has already violated the copyright laws and can be legally prosecuted.

You understand and agree that Blackheart Brotherhood may delete any content, messages, photos, or profiles (collectively, “Content”) that in the sole judgment, Blackheart Brotherhood Kingdom violates this Terms of Use or which might be offensive, illegal, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of Blackheart Brotherhood and/or its members or agents.

That you are solely responsible for the content that you publish or display (hereinafter, “post”) on the Blackheart Brotherhood site, or transmit to the Blackheart Brotherhood.

You must use the Blackheart Brotherhood site in a manner consistent with any applicable laws and regulations.

You agree that you will not use any robot, spider, another automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy our web pages or the content contained herein without our prior expressed written permission. You agree that you will not use any device, software, or routine to bypass or interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Blackheart Brotherhood site. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. Because Blackheart Brotherhood is not involved in user interactions, if you have a dispute with one or more members or those who have posted, viewed, or used information on the Blackheart Brotherhood site, you release Blackheart Brotherhood, including its officers, directors, agents, subsidiaries, and employees, from claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes. Blackheart Brotherhood reserves the right but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other members.

This privacy policy is a statement of principles and guidelines concerning the protection of the personal information of our clients, individual service providers, and other individuals.

All our interactions with you are purely confidential. We shall not give away any details concerning you to any third party, including your E-mail address.

We shall not rent, sell, or give out such to another person.

Every one of our transactions with you is held in strict confidence.

Unfortunately, there will be neither refunds nor returns on all custom-made spells, charms, rituals, and other spiritual spells. This is because the ingredients used in our spells are very costly, rare, and imported from various parts of the world. These precious ingredients can not be reused or resold for they are consumed by fire or wasted in the sea or ground during the ritual ceremonies and consecrations of your spell’s job. No exchanges or store credits will be made in those cases. Should you decide to cancel your order after you have submitted payment, there will be a financial cancellation charge.
